I'm just doing it! I'm so into it and I am actually surprising myself...Where did all of this motivation come from?

I'm going for longer and longer power walks during the month of January, and now into Febuary, carrying 3 lbs weights in each hand and swinging my arms as I walk as fast as I can, I'm doing 2-3 blocks without getting tired anymore, and now considering increasing my blocks! Once up to five blocks without getting tired, I will increase the weights to 5 lbs! And do that for the rest of the month and into the month of March! And if I don't go for my daily walk, I will hop onto my elliptical instead...And each and every night I've been doing sets and reps with my 3 lbs weights until my arms feel like jelly, haven't missed a day yet! I'm taking my multi vitamins, I'm taking my vitamin D and I'm taking vitamins for my hair skin and nails each and every day...I'm also watching my diet and eating good, I'll eat raw carrots as a snack or an apple or banana, or nuts, or a salad. I'm gonna buy super foods next time I go shopping, and replace the mini blender my son had to break to get open. And drink in green smoothies, and antioxidant teas and stuff....I'm feeling fantastic! Looking at my scale my weight is slowly going down, I feel more energetic, getting more stuff around the house done, and just taking good care of me and my children....Life is good! Thank you Lord Jesus, I don't take these good times for granted!
