Sometimes waiting works, but if you decided to wait 30 years ago you'd still be waiting...

@undetermined When real estate prices go down it's not generally by much... 10% ? When they go up they often double in a two year period. This is just a general observation, and there have been plenty exceptions to it. When all of this Covid stimulus money starts washing through the system you can expect some impressive inflation. In fact, it's already started. If you have a deposit for a house, I'd buy now or very soon...

The next financial problem will probably be one of inflation.

@walabby well with the housing being way over the prices that they were in 2008 it wont be 78 years apart.
