Working so hard but still hitting a wall

I’m Putting in work and really trying to change/better myself. Going to therapy, meditating, journaling but it doesn’t result a step forward, maybe micro steps.

Anyone ever experience this before? What did you do to get out of this story of not being good enough? Working on self acceptance and my proficiency at my newish job.

I’ve been told you just need to do the work but I’m just stuck...

You have to find something you enjoy and do it: photography, working out, healthy physical relationship, enjoying the sun, etc. Do it regularly and trust the process. You can’t really see the baby steps, but a month or so later, you’ll be better off... six months later even more.

Set big goals too. Make a plan to go after it/them. Cancel any and all negative relationships. Do NOT allow your mind to have the “free will” to assume you’ll fail. If you become hesitant, assume success, never failure.

Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Keep the mind positive and the input around you positive. You’ll succeed for sure. If someone around you is negative, tell them specifically to stop. It’s no longer allowed. They can go be negative on their own.

Work out and watch your diet too. It helps.
