My head hurts after hitting a working truck yesterday?

I was going 20 miles per hour when I was blinded by the rays of the sun and hit a station working truck. I have a very low headache that radiates in different parts of the head. Paramedics check me they said I look fine but if I have blurry vision, nausea, loos balance to go to the E.R
