Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy
whiskeyinateacup · 36-40, F
@MougyWolf I enjoyed the book. How does it compare? 🙂
MougyWolf · 36-40, M
@whiskeyinateacup The book contains the some parts the movie doesn't get to, and the movie includes some things not mentioned in the books, however, all in all, they stuck to the books very closely and really brought this fantastical novel series to life. Highly recomended, if you liked the books, and even for someone who hasn't read it, still a great film adaptation.
whiskeyinateacup · 36-40, F
@MougyWolf That's good to hear. I was hesitant to watch the movie (because I am such an admirer of the book) but now I will give it a go. Thanks 😊

It is so hard to choose just one but I love dirty dancing because it is a classic and my mom waited until I turned 16 to show me and I fell in love with the story.

Not so much a movie... but I regularly rewatch the Chernobyl mini series - even though I have seen it enough times to be able to quote it...

The Godfather, although I can’t say that’s why. 😄
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@tindrummer It's still a nice ending for the character. Sadly, Robert Duvall wanted more money or else his character would have been in there too. I think that was kinda nescessary to round it all up.
bijouxbroussard · F
@tindrummer It’s funny, I think of 1&2 as basically the same movie and love them both. 3 was definitely a disappointment.
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@bijouxbroussard Well, 1&2 were considered to be one movie. It got even bigger. There is a series released in 1977, where they not only put the scenes from the 1st and 2nd movie in chronological order + adds material that they cut out because the movies were too bloated.
