I Am a Thinker

The bible says the path to heaven is a very narrow one. I don't think God excludes 99% of the population from heaven

In the gospel of John, Jesus instructs a certain pharisee named Nicodemus that he must be born-again to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven

@JoeyRay1989 Are you five years old? I don't want a mansion. I want my friends, my hobbies and some of my family (but definitely not all of them). I've never been materialistic enough to want a mansion.

John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God

@JoeyRay1989 Why are you quoting the Bible at me? I've read it already (more than once) and it didn't convince me then.

The main problem here is I don't understand what "salvation or "damnation" are. Nor do I understand why someone who had not even heard of the Bible would be condemned to "damnation". I wasn't raised with these concepts and they still have little meaning for me.

Is that God's way of telling us to watch our weight?

He does tho.

@Trevo Is that a bad thing? According to the Bible, heaven sounds like a horrible place.

How "narrow" is narrow?
Maybe he was saying "Don't fuck around so much" , there is only so much room in heaven, in his own way..

Fortunately, God doesn't have to write or read.
