@jackieash The caliber of the bullet would absolutely make a difference. There are bullets meant for precision shots, and bullets meant to maximize damage. The shooter was using a bullet that was not meant to do a lot of damage. That's part of what informs my assumption than the intent was not to kіӏӏ Trump.
