quite the humdrum , my main system wouldn't boot up , couldn't get past the logo screen and refused to enter CMOS where i could make changes , pissed me off , had to calm down before i killed this Idiot machine , made a smoke then my Genius mind kicked in , what keeps the CMOS in memory ? Power of course , i took out the battery and unplugged it for a few seconds then put the battery back and the power wire aha ! CMOS is back , whew ! back to default settings with a few minor changes like that stupid numlock key (off) and primary #1 boot device umm Hard Drive you idiot ! , Finally ! i'm very happy i don't have to reinstall Windows all over again , and yeah i had to put the right date and time in again in windows since it was no longer Jan 2006 , lol
