This is for you

Rising my frequency these days has improved life, me greatly.
It's a fight to maintain but I will follow through.
It's hard to.. carrying on with a smile on ones face.
These days with everything and many folks going crazy.
I am doing good in being conscious of my thoughts.
Aware of my words, how I feel... knowing it will become reality.
Law of attraction.. more or less.
I have come to appreciate all the beauty around me.. I always have, but now I am in the "present" !!
I am meditating, being still more.
I'm refusing to allow the ugliness of this world to make me bitter and cold... heck.. get on my nerves!
Everyone has an opinion.. just like everyone has an . . . *smile*
My gardens are amazing.
I walk and water every morning.
I walk while the dew is still on the roses 🌹
Already being rewarded for my loving labor. Fresh veggies on the table.
I have the sense of belonging, everything is alright .. balanced.
