What do you during your spare time?

This.
While I wait while driving family to and fro. When I cant sleep… when I need a thing to do that’s not physical.

Then you definitely need to dive into reading more. Completely detach from everything and give yourself that escape from the constantly running world. It’ll do wonders for the mind and soul.

Within life’s pauses I dive into video games, gardening, baking, going on nature walks, or repurposing this or that…whatever I’m feeling in the moment because there’s peace and even a sense of fulfillment to be found in all those things for me.

Read, play The Sims, take a walk, or clean.

Grow plants and flowers and vegetables and fruits.
It's pretty easy once you decide what you want to grow.

Even if you start with a window box and fill it with herbs that you grow from seed, at least you know you grew them and it cost you pennies

I weep bitter tears.

Today was a 2 hr Kali workout. About an hour and a half was close range stick and knife work. The other half hour was layering in some Muay Thai elbow work into the Kali close contact scenarios.

This makes me wanna go by the library. I ordered a book but it wasn't what I thought. I'm not enjoying it so I'm not reading it. But I will read again if I find a good book.

On here, clean, cook, pets, family, walks, scenic drives, internet searches, exercise,

Netflix, Prime, reading, adult coloring books, art, and just resting.

Movies, boating, travel and meeting up with friends.

There's educational stuff on youtube tho 🙂

Growing plants. It's so rewarding.

Aquariums. So cool to create environments and watch a species thrive and perform cool breeding behaviours.

Art and craft. Feels really good to work with your hands and an amazing feeling to complete something that you're proud of.
