I think sometimes people won't look past my appearance

It's starting to affect my confidence in my skills and me as a person

With appearance it feels as if people immediately make decisions about intellect, skills, hobbies, sexuality, lifestyle, and personality rather than looking for more clues as to what makes you multi-faceted.
You immediately become whatever they’ve decided goes along with your looks.
Rarely do people deny that attractiveness has perks, but there is so much judgement and hatred that comes along with it, and it seems like people don’t want to acknowledge that. So much blame is placed on people that are seen as attractive.

The most beautiful people I know don’t align with the stereotypes at all. I wonder if those are kept alive because of intimidation
