But can Trump change become a decent humanbeing and president if reelected rather than the eratic lawles presisdent he was in his first term.

At many of his rallies he told his supporters, "We have rounded the corner and It's (covid-19) going away." While people were dying and the number of deaths was increasing daily, from what he had said was "A hoax by the Democrats to make me look bad for the election." Anyone that can do that IMO does not belong in the Oval Office.
