I wish I could cut out toxic people as quickly as I can doubt my own intuitions

I've been there. You shouldn't blame yourself though. I realized not seeing the full blown toxicity in another, actually means we're good people that have a hard time seeing the bad. It's a good quality to have but can definitely lead to heartbreak and some anger toward ourselves. Move on and keep being you but just be more careful. By the way, I know it's a generic compliment but you are gorgeous!

I'm sorry for your sadness, and never doubt your intuition...it's the most honest thing that we have going for us. Anytime that I've ignored mine, it's come back to haunt me.
