It depends upon that persons importance in your life. If they are a family member, or a close friend, and you are going to see them quite often, then you can provide them with documents that back up your "facts".
If they are a casual acquaintance, why bother? Just say something snotty, like, "Well, you just go ahead in your blind cloud, it doesn't matter a bit to me whether or not you believe the truth."
