I found an old picture of myself from 5 years ago.

Damn I was jacked compared to how I am now. Now no matter how much I exercise or train I still have a bloated stomach and my muscles have shrunk. To be fair I worked out every other day and trained on my off days and was on a shit ton of supplements. But still I miss being in shape and young. Now I can barely lift half as much and run barely a mile.

@DrawntoaDistance well my body seems to think Im 50. Apparently my incredibly low cortisol levels are to blame for my muscle weakness. Im hoping that when I get that treated I can actually run again.
@Captainjackass cortisol is one of those things that nobody talks about. If it’s low you’re effed. If it’s high you’re effed.

@DrawntoaDistance mines as low as can be apparently it doesn’t help my mental issues either.
