I found an old picture of myself from 5 years ago.
Damn I was jacked compared to how I am now. Now no matter how much I exercise or train I still have a bloated stomach and my muscles have shrunk. To be fair I worked out every other day and trained on my off days and was on a shit ton of supplements. But still I miss being in shape and young. Now I can barely lift half as much and run barely a mile.
