Whenever I order something online and there’s an option for a gift card with a message, I write myself a little quote or poem. I mean who’s going to send you little love notes? I’m going to gather them up and put them in a journal I’m making. These are just a few.
My close friend who’s is married is now doing this as well. She loved the idea about the cards. Anyway does anyone else do this?

I never shop on-line, I'm old that's my excuse 🤣🤣🤣 I make my kids do it for me. I HATE on-line shopping with a passion.
I rather drive to the city go to physical brick & mortar store and shop in person. I've it this way my whole life. My earliest memories were shopping at Gimbel's during their Thanksgiving Day parade.
My grandma and aunt would say "Come on now our chance to get the best deals! While everyone watching the parade."
Gimbels closed its doors in 1987. The company, which was once a prominent American department store chain. Does that give you a hint of my age?
@HumanEarth I would be such a fool, looking around in awe. I miss the malls around the holidays. I live in a small city and no malls. So online is where it’s at. I can’t stand Walmart.
I live on a farm in the middle of nowhere. For me to go to nearest mall is 2 hour drive away and Mall of America is about 2 and half hours maybe 3 hours away.
So I make it weekend mall get away event 🤣🤣🤣 get a hotel room and all.
You'll love it. Its like the old days. And if you go to most malls. During during the Christmas shopping season. They offer free gift wrapping service.
