i don't like to see people i hate 'happy'

it's always gotten to me this, seeing people who i really hate being happy...it makes me really angry to the point of clenching my teeth.....i realize this must be a psychological problem i have....does anyone know why or how i can change it?

Stop investing your energy on them. Hate is a strong word. If that’s how you truly feel, take a look in the mirror and ask yourself why they are important to you.
