Be thankful you can even work or have a job to go to.
People always think they have a right to complain, they don’t. Life is a gift. It is not required that any of us have breath in our lungs or blood in our veins.

@SW-User Thankfulness does not mean you should invalidate feelings. There is a way people cope. You ought to respect that too.
One's "righteous perspective" may not be kindness nor righteous at all, but forceful selfishness.
People's lives are up to them to perceive and give meaning to. Values and importance.
If you insist that people don't complain or rant because they ought to accept everything as significance, then you would be creating hell on earth because you're just invalidating their right to feel things and be humans.
Some people may think their actions and way of thinking are right. But what is acceptable to them may not work for others. In truth, it may even bring themselves misery, but they just might not have the courage to admit it.
It is foolishness to cage oneself without being open to learn new things and way of thinking. To love another is to learn to love them in their language, and see worth in what and in who they consider as valuable.
The God I know cannot be caged nor is He a tyrant.
