how to be good at verbal comebacks /retorts

[c=7700B2][i]when someone annoys me or makes me mad or insults me, in real life or online i can never think of a clever verbal comeback, my mind goes blank and i get really mad....why is that and how can i think of clever words to say back so i don't get so angry?
