Today I made a big commitment to myself

It came to me while I was running...

That what has truly changed in me now is my will to pick me up daily.

I was always the person who picked herself up. But sometimes it would take me a month and other times, a couple of years.. Today I made this commitment to myself, that I'm going to pick me up every single day. I'll be trying to connect with the energy of joy daily.
