What do you value more than your own happiness, joy and pleasure?

There is a point where helping others is helping yourself, pleasing yourself and even making yourself feel pleasant.

I feel sorry for those that haven't experienced it. Mostly because they themselves refuse to help others.

Often those that don't help others, as well don't like themselves enough to feel pleasant.

My health. All else follows.

My mental wealth
