Should SW have blocked notes?

Like an area where you can write a note to remind you why you blocked someone?

I'm asking, because I just blocked someone from their 9/11 conspiracy theories... and I was thinking it would be nice to be able to write a little note reminding me that's why I blocked that person if I ever think of unblocking people.

I suppose a note would be helpful, but I'm just going with the thought that anyone I block is because I felt the need and didn't want to be around the accounts....not changing my mind any time soon and they will stay blocked.
