I like waking to hear the owls in the woods. 🦉

That's nice . Love owls . Had a family of them in one of my trees a few years ago . One of the holes in a tree . They came out one evening . One of the young ones sat for a few minutes watching me . Hearing bad these days so don't get to hear very often .

I'd love to hear owls, I'm not sure if I ever heard that typical magical hooting. I only heard saw-whets and young long-eared owls.

I always hear two in my area, hooting at the same time. I’m thinking they’re competing for territory. 🦉
