@bijouxbroussard Mine is usually a choice. I have had insomnia on and off though. It really sucks. Have you talked to a doctor about it? The 10 mg Melatonin does absolutely nothing for me.
@DamiRawrz98 I’ve been discussing it with doctors for decades. Melatonin doesn’t really help either, although sometimes the Melatonin formula Zzzquil does.
@bijouxbroussard Oh wow! I'm surprised one hasn't had the solution yet. Maybe try white noise or reading before bed. Some people like music or TV on too. It helps me to fantasize a little and I find myself beginning to dream haha
@DamiRawrz98 I try and tire myself out with physical exercise and mentally with puzzles. I have to switch up because one method will work for awhile, then I have to alternate.
