Always been a proper night owl and find it hard to settle before midnight which is stupid because out of lockdown I have be up about 6am. I usually nap for a couple of hours when I get in from work. Stupid really as I know I'm not doing myself any favours health wise but can't seem to get out of the habit.
@SW-User Aw :/ I remember being up that late at some point. It became a habit. My issue was having an addiction to electronics. I've since learned that they aren't going anywhere and I can always get up early and start again. :P

@DamiRawrz98 Lol no not me, i pass out by about 10pm. Even in my 20's i couldn't really stay out at parties as i'd get too tired. I missed out on a lot because of that.
@bijouxbroussard Oh wow! I'm surprised one hasn't had the solution yet. Maybe try white noise or reading before bed. Some people like music or TV on too. It helps me to fantasize a little and I find myself beginning to dream haha
@DamiRawrz98 I try and tire myself out with physical exercise and mentally with puzzles. I have to switch up because one method will work for awhile, then I have to alternate.
