I have bad insomnia

Always been a night owl from childhood on, for as long as I can remember actually growing up that made me a grumpy morning person but as an adult I have learned to handle it and am just fine in the mornings.

A vicious cycle, to be sure. As a fellow insane insomniac, you have my complete sympathy.

don't sleep well at night . still up very early in morning . :-)
