I Am a Night Owl

I have been trying to get back to being a daywalker. Being a night owl doesn't help me when I don't want to be single.

Me too... right now I have finally gotten back on a good sleep schedule... and a nasty cold is now keeping me up again!

between 3am and 5am...lol.... i dont sleep much!!

No. I sleep for about 4-5 hours and thats pretty much it... I dont nap i just power thru... although by sunday Im moving slower but Im up at 630 every morning to take my dog to the park and work at 8. Bed at 12 or 1 or 2am

I am a night owl as well. I used to stay almost till morning when i was in collage. still going to bed really late. its really hard when u r working.

I can get 5 hrs of sleep and be fine the next day, but do it two days in a row and I'm a zombie. I do wish I could go with less sleep the way you can.

do you get in any siestas? Do you suffer from lack of sleep? Some people actually seem to need only a few hours! Free time I would say!

I do a lot of projects and get consumed... and then i get up and go out walking with my dog...

Especially since i need to be at work in 4 hours...

At one time I was willing to make a deal with the devil to sell my soul in order to have all that extra time. Fortunately for me, he didn't show up to make the deal. I hope You reach some happy medium.
