Still here

Sorry my last update was so dramatic, but I'm doing my best to stay away from bad thoughts and hurting myself. Today is my birthday and seeing my family and friends celebrate me was a good reminder that the decisions I make do matter. It'd be selfish and cruel of me not to think about them, when they think of me and are there for me when I need them.
