70 is the new 50

Yesterday was my birthday...yay me! i thought i would have a mini melt down but i am in excellent health and i sure don't feel like 70.

I get complimented all the time that i don't look my age. Even my doctor said that my biological age didn't match my physiological age..i will take that compliment!

Take care of yourself via your mental and physical state. If your genes are a hold onto youth in you, cherish that. Yes aging is Inevitable, but in our time we can always be very much “ younger”

@soar2newhighs my mom and dad and set of grandparents died at 48 believe it or not. i decided to get serious about my health...congrats on being 76
