70 is the new 50

Yesterday was my birthday...yay me! i thought i would have a mini melt down but i am in excellent health and i sure don't feel like 70.

I get complimented all the time that i don't look my age. Even my doctor said that my biological age didn't match my physiological age..i will take that compliment!

Happy belated birthday. It's true if we take good care of our body it will age slower. My hope is that some day we find a way to stop aging altogether and maybe even reverse it.

@akindheart Yeah. I am lucky that my body is without any birth defects and it grew pretty well so i don't want to be reborn or whatever happens after death. There are actually some good ideas on how to lengthen life from telomere (basically the "endcaps" of our DNA) repair to blood exchanges (in mice trials old mice were given some blood from young mice and their age related issues disappeared).
