70 is the new 50

Yesterday was my birthday...yay me! i thought i would have a mini melt down but i am in excellent health and i sure don't feel like 70.

I get complimented all the time that i don't look my age. Even my doctor said that my biological age didn't match my physiological age..i will take that compliment!

I had a few doctors tell me that to, but I'm 13 years younger then you. My new doctors that did my all my blood, heart, stress and who knows whatelse tests on me.

I'm not on any meds, except my seizure meds

Dont have high blood pressure, low blood pressure, my cholesterol levels are perfect, my heart rate is that of someone in early 30s and I was told that most my age are already on handful of drugs.

I got the impression that they were disappointed that they don't find anything wrong with me.
