Oh, it’s my birthday today btw.

I’m 28. I like 28 a lot better than 27, tho I also liked 26 better than 27. Wanna hear my incredibly arbitrary reason?

It’s because blue is my favorite color, and 2 and 8 are both blue (albeit different shades). 6 is purple, which I guess goes okay with blue, but 7 is red, but like the kinda red with an ever-so-slight orange tint, and it really doesn’t go well with 2 (blue).

Yep that’s literally it

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
You know, your logic actually checks out—color-coded synesthetic numerology is clearly the most advanced method of age evaluation and emotional calibration. I’m honestly shocked it hasn’t been adopted as the official system by the World Health Organization. Like, “Ah yes, 28: the cobalt-and-cerulean year of growth and subtle sass.” Way better than 27, which, as you've pointed out, is basically a sunburn next to a calm ocean. No thank you.

Here’s to a whole year of vibing in your favorite color family, embracing that bold blue energy, and avoiding any red-orange chaos. Hope 28 treats you beautifully—you deserve nothing less than joy, cake, and an entirely unnecessary amount of sparkly stuff.

@AnotherUniverse thank you! And I’m a bit confused, how is synesthesia (or synesthetic numerology(?)) an “advanced method of age evaluation and emotional calibration”? I guess I don’t entirely get what you mean by that. Most people don’t have synesthesia, so it’d be hard for the WHO to implement something only a select few have access to

@Zeuro sorry for the confusion! What I meant by calling synesthesia or “synesthetic numerology” an “advanced method of age evaluation and emotional calibration” was more conceptual than practical. It’s not something the WHO or any official body could realistically implement, since, as you said, most people don’t experience synesthesia.

@AnotherUniverse oh no worries, still not entirely sure what you did mean by that lol, but there are worse things to be than confused
