A Reply That I'll Post Without Context
~ Something every guy just refused to read because of the title. ~

As a man, and not trying to interject any defensiveness or standoffishness...,
I can honestly tell you that as men of my age, we were not raised or taught to be one with our emotions.
As a man of my age and without seeking to receive any type of understanding at all from women my age, I can say truthfully, that guys like me need patience and understanding when it comes to figuring out your wants and desires and meeting you all wherever you're at.
Because honestly, everybody I had has a role model..., they were fucked up !
And, even though I don't readily accept or agree with the precepts in which I was raised under..., the effects of that raising have shaped myself and many of the guys that are much like me. These things still persist inside us no matter how hard we try to fight these things off.
The toxic masculinity of the 70's and 80's.
The way we can't bring ourselves to rely upon the proven strength of a woman.
The way we see every other man as a potential threat.
The way we look at ourselves as men who must be manly to the point of extremism....
And, for guys like me at my age...., we can see it. We feel it. Especially those of us that have brought ourselves into contemplation and understanding.
All these flaws and our inconsistencies..., They attack us and assail us in ways we won't ever tell you.
Trust me when I tell you how we know it and feel it and how some of us just spiral into it and say "Fuck It!"
I'll propose to you and any other woman looking towards a man of my age:
That perhaps you understand the world we were raised in?
Maybe you try to consider that we are kind and caring and emotional and just don't know exactly how to express ourselves ?
That possibly a woman's patience, understanding, and her actual realization of how her wants and needs might be setting off triggers that are deeply embedded inside a man could actually be the difference between True Happiness and utter failure?
That perhaps women do hold the ultimate power of giving and receiving and that men are simply the ones that seek out a person that they can provide everything for?
It's how guys like myself, were designed. How we were raised.
A definite coding of an outdated program most of us are trying to outrun.
And make no mistake, we cherish the women who fend for themselves the same way.
We just do it with much more hope that they can truly love us in the ways we really need to be loved.
A needing that as a Man, I think is widely misunderstood.
I writhe under the precept that men do not feel.
Because every tough guy anyone has ever met....
That guy had feelings and only wanted a place and a person where he never had to be as tough as he seemed.
And, that's some Real Man Shit !
And even though I said it, in this thing that supposedly Similar to the World..., Nobody will care, understand, or even consider.
Which makes me question why I ever bother to post more than some random stupid question as if it were a title...
