I used to want a huge house until I lived in one
I prefer the coziness of smaller places, easier to clean and maintain also. Huge houses feel so cold and soulless to me. I don’t see the appeal anymore. I was so much happier when I had less.

I hear you. Living alone in my large family home now, I have moved downstairs. I briefly considered downsizing. But the location is just too good to replace. And having spent a year decluttering there is still too much to move..😷
