I Am Lonely

I understand the loneliness. I'm still married but we have such different needs and wants that it's pulling us apart. I can't shake the feeling that there is someone out there that I am meant to be with, but I'm losing hope of finding him.

Sometimes it's better to just concentrate on you, doing what you want, making friends etc.. we all love and long for the idea of happy ever after and that special one.. but sometimes the search for that takes over and we forget to live our lives.. You sound like you have a good balance there :)

Don't be sorry hun. That is my personal choice. I don't like hiding myself behind a screen all the time. We all must live our lives to its fullest.

Hang in there.. Never say never.. Sometimes when you look for it too hard love never comes... Loneliness is the worst thing .hugs

@ Sunnykel76 true happiness comes from in ones self dear. I am happy with where I am at right know but I am also lonely because I can't share that happiness with someone I love. I do have children but they live with my ex so there is no buffer for me. And I also don't have many friends offline since almost everyone is on it.

@lisette23 I feel the same way. The things that I have working against me is that I can't have a job because of a disability, I guess I'm to nice so I'm not trusted, I'm misunderstood, etc.

Sunneykel76 I haven't thrown in the towel yet. I just haven't met her yet. I think deep down inside I will never give up on my own happiness.
