It can become healthy though.

People don't have to be meditators of healing.
Even more relevant when you realize they too have their own sorrows and sufferings..that can clash with yours.
How lucky we are to be able to find the tools in our complexity and aloness already?
How lucky to know the rare, the exception of giving what we can't have? Creating it ourselves and extending it to others?

I was an outcase many years. And in many instances I have to stand alone. One can resent the abandonement and the betrayal and still know their limitations, still empathize and grieve and love inspite of the facts. The human condition isn't always simple. We can hold contradicting mental, emotional and spiritual states within and so can others.

There is wonder in that.

I've been alone for a long time. I don't look at anyone. It's not my business..

I know there awareness of craziness, but I have wide eyes, 24 wide where I can almost see behind my backs.

And vibration awareness from foot steps behind me.
