Wave of gloom just hit

I have been going along ok last week or so and today boom the blackness is back sucking my will to get out of bed, making the loneliness feel like a stabbing pain in my mind & chest.

I need to shake things up and be more positive but I know that all that is ahead of me are more years of my own company and misery.

So done with this existence
