Nearly 6 n half thousand people following this group.....

Yet barely any stories/posts. It's no wonder we are all lonely is it lol. I'm going through a bit of a tuff time right now and it's highlighted to me how few people in my life actually give a crap about me. I like to think I'm a strong person but sometimes it's hard to maintain that isn't it. Not posting for sympathy or guidance but just thought I'd post to reassure those who lurk here it's sometimes good to talk ❤️

Thanks for opening up and sharing. I'm glad it's a space you can do that. I hope it does inspire more posting. I struggle with posting, especially at my loneliest, I suspect it's some social anxiety. I feel like I'm bothering people when I do.

@Thespis I understand that, I'm not one to really share things about me either, not even my own family really know me, but I'm considering posting about it more. I'm sure I'll get judged for it somewhere along the line if I do but I dunno maybe part of my story will resonate with someone else and help them in some way 🤷‍♀️

@woodyemma2013 I'm sure it will. there can be a lot of drama here, but there's also community. It takes some work to weed out those who shame and stir crap up but in the end you often find a community of support.

@Thespis never much rated the page if I'm honest I was an avid EP member and this has just never really compared to it for me.

@woodyemma2013 unfortunately, it doesn't. I still enjoy it here, but I miss EP so much. It was an amazing place chatting and getting to know others. I still enjoy that here, and being able to be there for others, support and uplifting each other.

@woodyemma2013 I through ups and downs on here. Periods of posting and replying a lot than long silences. I do come around more when I'm getting messages, replies, and great conversation.

@woodyemma2013 I agree, can't quite put my finger on it though. If you ever feel left out, or needing company, to vent, whatever. My PM's are always open.
