It’s a Monday thing

Each time Monday rolls around, I am left alone to my own devices. After a busy weekend, the whole house is mine and I can do anything I want... but all I think about is how alone I am.

Funny how life is. Since lockdown, working from home and winter weather, I am dreaming/craving/needing some alone time.

@DavyPNW haha - yeah, backyards are nice. I have a rope swing that will grab you and hold you till you take a nap. It really does.

@DavyPNW I can lay out in the deck and get sun but we have so many trees that it’s only sunny for a short time. I have to be punctual.

@Jill1990 the sun got lower in the sky as summer transitioned to fall, my tanning time got shorter and shorter. The leaves turned brown as I turned back to white.

@DavyPNW I tend to get out there early in the season trying to get sun before we go to the lake or beach. Later, I’m getting sun elsewhere so I pretty much quit laying out.
