Adhd neighbor cant hold a conversation

My neighbor's ADHD 15 year old asked me the temperature. So I asked google. It said the wind chill was negative 3. He said "it feels like it's negative 2. It's a good thing it's not zero, then it woukd be REALLY cold." I just agreed and kept on my way.

At least that statement makes some kind of sense !
He understood that 0 meant really cold but didn’t know what minus numbers meant colder than 0.

@Picklebobble2 I didn't know how to respond. I didn't want to correct him, but felt awkward agreeing with him too.
