I Am Lonely
Lately I've felt lonelier and more meh than usual. I can't decide if maybe my meds are effecting me badly or what.

I started taking Zoloft about a month ago
Ahh yeah you're probably still adjusting, it takes like a 1-2months to be fully on it and integrated. I'm on SSRI's too.

I don't really know how it's supposed to be affecting me
It can be different for everyone, if you have side effects they'll go soon though. It's supposed to balance out your serotonin levels so your moods are stabilised. It's an accumulative effect though which is why it takes a month or so, i found on mine that i don't tend to fall into the trap of negative thought patterns so much and that i'm not as anxious.
