What do you do when all your friends are busy, and you feel like no one is around to talk to?

I can't begrudge my friends for having other priorities besides hanging out, but I do feel alone when they can't. Especially because some of them have different priorities now, which is totally understandable. I feel like I'm everyone's burden, and they'd be better off without me. I also don't know how to fill the void, because I lack social interaction. All my friends are online, and we used to get on discord a lot, and I don't have any other social interaction because I'm stuck in this home town I grew up in. My current friend group consists entirely of people I met in college 4 years ago. I don't have any high school friends left because I never really clicked with anyone, and the few I did took advantage of me. I could join a group of people I met on PS4, but I feel awkward about them, especially because I met them through a toxic former friend of mine that took advantage of my trust. I don't know what to do?

@Wallflow3r Not sure that's the most productive advice. Especially because I am diabetic.
