@nonsensiclesnail cannabis sativa is best for depression but if you don't live in legal state or don't have a dealer who can get it for you or you simply won't do cannabis then you should try psychiatric medication just go to the nearest hospital and tell them that you have had depression for a long time and need medication

No you are doing it right but the high only lasts for a while and honestly to me it's a relief ... It's like taking a break from being sad for a while. If you really need it gone you need to try Rick Simpson Oil (pure concentrated cannabis oil) unfortunately for me it's too expensive, I can't afford it right now but some day I will make it so I can use it to rid of depression forever. @nonsensiclesnail
