I Feel So Sad And Lonely That I Feel Dead

I wish that all the pain and sadness that I feel inside would go away I really really don't want to feel this way anymore 😢

I know the feeling all to well. It’s a difficult way to live. I’m finding out therapy is a great way to start feeling better.
