Finally found out why I’m so insanely fatigued lately 🥹

My blood test showed that I have low iron stores and a vitamin D3 deficiency. That’s why I’ve been feeling so tired and out of breath lately😴

She texted me to let me know, and told me to come see her again for some more tests, and I have to take supplements 🙃

She also spoke to a psychiatrist who recommended I get the meds I’m prescribed for ADHD, instead of any other cheaper medications, so she finally wrote it on my prescription so that the pharmacy won’t change them 😭
So now I can finally go get my meds and see if that helps a bit as well 🥹

I’m deficient in both too, but the prescription vitamins seem to work as far as raising the levels. My exhaustion hasn’t changed though.

@Cassieee Maybe it’s from being without the adhd med.

@Sutten do you feel any better? Hopefully it stabilizes soon 🫂

Increase red meat with vitamin c (helps absorption) and more sun (less cloths for greater surface area for absorption)

Let's hope it's temporary and you'll raise them back and be all good. I had some deficiencies when I got my blood test a couple of years ago, and I went on a 1 month diet, where I'd eat well 3 times a day with meats, fish, fruit and salads in the evening, and some fruit snacks throughout the day as well as evening walks and exercise. It was a lot of work just shopping and preping all those meals, but thankfully, when I took the blood test 1 month later, all the blood stats were back to normal, so the effort was worth it.

I was just reading about rabies, apparently it can make you extremely fatigued as well. Maybe you have rabies?
Did a bat bite you recently?

Not telling you what to do but sit in the sun for a bit. I work nights and have dealt with this myself
Cassieee · 31-35, F
@11knaves11 I do 😩

@Cassieee just a suggestion but look up how long to sit outside to raise vitamin D levels, just a suggestion
