Can someone knock me out so that I can sleep..

it might not help but, have you ever tried listening to a soft spoken asmr video?
i listen to one almost every night when im trying to sleep to hold just enough of my attention to help push thoughts aside while still letting me fall to sleep

Personally , I’d rather choke you out than knock you out w a punch. But that’s just me.
