Someone stole my minor child’s pics, full name and added all of his friends on an account that said everything he did on his as well as new account old was hacked. It said his school and other stuff that his profile said.
When I’ve reported it, I got a similar reply to yours.

I got hacked years ago and they're STILL not allowing ME to prove I'm me even with my state issued photo ID and birth certificate, meanwhile they're letting some weirdo scammer galavant on my account. Sincerely, fuck them.🙄
