Most random "compliment" I've gotten😂

Some years ago (before I met my husband), I was out with some friends, and this girl was out with us (she was a Russian model - she said this many times^^). We started talking and she told me that I should go to the USA to become a sugarbabe, because I looked so innocent and confused and "men loves that" 😂 She told me I would easily become rich, specially if I just acted like a naive dumb blond girl 🙃 She continued on and on about where I should go, how I should "find" these men and make as much money as possible just for going out with someone.. She said that a lot of men just want company or someone to bring to events and so on..😅

I was struggling a bit at the time, so the "you'll become rich" part sounded really good 😂

I'm not surprised I looked confused tho, I could barely understand what she said half the time.. 🥹

Actually, around the same time I was applying for some jobs to get some extra money, and got asked to meet up for a interview (I ended up not going - got a bad feeling) and it turned out to be a set up 🥹 Not sure if they were traffickers or what, but the job was fake to lure girls and they ended up getting caught a few days after🥹

How is that a compliment looking innocent and confused isn’t a compliment you know

@Monalisasmith86 Do you understand what it means when it says "compliment"?
Monalisasmith86 · 41-45, F
@Cassieeeee yes I know what a compliment means but being called innocent and confused isn’t a compliment I wouldn’t take it as a compliment

@Monalisasmith86 ... That's why I wrote "compliment" not compliment.

@Cassieeeee what ? It’s the same word

@Monalisasmith86 the quotation marks around a word or phrase like that are called scare quotes. It shows irony, or means you don’t agree with the word you’re using. Like sarcasm, where you put emphasis on a word that you really don’t mean
