I was anorexic, self-destructive, trauma-bonded to my ex, attempted kidnapped and raped during that trip, and decided to hide it all with more alcohol 🍾

Then a month later I moved to Spain, literally told my mom that I was finally moving out, and when she asked where I told her Spain😅 According to 3 therapists.. I did that to run away from my problems.. 🙃
