the concept of time is surreal. i have just come across this letter i wrote for my 18 year old self at the age of 10. i have no words yet im in awe by how emotionally mature i was.
“When I get so frustrated or sad I cry.
The reason why I don't want to grow up is because it's so challenging and hard and it's confusing then it's hard for me.”
i still resonate with this line even at my grown age of 20 years old. i can’t fathom how intelligent of a child i was that i knew why i would get frustrated or upset.
i would do anything to give 10 year old me a hug right now, she deserves it and even more
